A retired RAF officer with a wealth of experience tour leading worldwide. Special interests include Walking and Cycling Tours with a personal interest in Geography & Geology.Discover the locations that inspired William Wordsworth, Beatrix Potter or Arthur Ransome, learn of the rich cultural heritage of The Lake District. Being a farmers son I have a broad understanding and a love for Natural History and the Countryside. Ian holds the Mountain Leadership Certificate (MLC) and has a current First Aid Certificate.

Location: Based in Kendal but willing to travel throughout Cumbria and the Lake District National Park, The Yorkshire Dales and Hadrian’s Wall country
