Thank you for your booking. Cumbria Tourist Guides will now allocate an appropriate Cumbria Blue Badge Guide for your tour. Your Guide will make contact with you directly to confirm the details of your tour and take payment.

Terms of payment

Your guide, once contact has been made, will ask for pre-payment to secure your booking.
Where required, your Guide will present an itemised invoice to include the Guide fee and any additional expenses such as entry fees or other expenses that will be incurred during your tour.

Cancellation charges

In the event of you having to cancel, you should expect to pay the following cancellation charges:

• 10 – 5 days days prior to commencement of engagement 50% of fee
• 4 days (96 hours) or less prior to commencement of engagement 100% of fee

Where a guide has received payment in advance and is unable to fulfil the engagement the guide will make arrangements to find a replacement guide or provide a full refund.
