• Flexible meeting points – e.g. your accommodation, train station or even out of county. Your guide can advise the best option.
• Suitable for all ages and abilities – Please liaise with your guide if you have any mobility or access needs or concerns and we will advise accordingly.
• Pricing – Our tour price is based on a day rate whether you are a group of one, two or fifty.
• Clothing – Your guide will discuss suitable clothing and footwear depending on your itinerary; however you should be prepared to have sensible shoes/boots plus a waterproof jacket and a layer or two as the weather can be unpredictable, it can be chilly and wet, even during the summer.
• Food – Cumbria is well known for its food and your guide can suggest a variety of options based on your plans, whether that is a picnic outdoors or a visit to one of our many cafes, pubs or restaurants.
• Additional Costs – your guide will discuss with you additional costs such as site entrance and meals.
